The salon was able to take me with 15 minutes notice which was quite good. However the therapy room felt like it was being used as a storage room with make up, furniture and waxing equipment. The lights were also operated as an on-off rather than a dimmer so when the therapist came to the extraction part the room went dull to quite bright to dull again so it wasn't quite relaxing.
The facial itself was okay, I found the extraction part quite painful (not helped by the therapist using the tweezers by themselves without some tissue on the ends) and felt quite scratchy.

Pros: Great location, friendly and reliable staff, clean place and perfect nails!
Cons: Bit pricey. Also the customers kept coming and phoning trying to get an appointment (or take my place!) and interrupted my treatment several times.
