Cannot complain for the price - only paid £15 as had a promo code too. Plan to go back to get some infills - purely for convenience and how quick the treatment was!

I'm sorry to say that I had high hopes for this place after reading other reviews but was very disappointed by my own experience. While the location is great and there were some positives in terms of the actual treatment, I did come away feeling less relaxed than when I went in and worried that my face would look like awful before my holiday.
The main negatives were that there was no consultation about my skin type or any allergies/previous reactions, no explanation of what the therapist was putting on my face and blackhead removal that was so rough, I thought the therapist was gouging out chunks of skin from my face. The facial massaging was good, but again, I had no idea what was being applied to my skin at any point and the ambiance was sorely lacking. I could hear everything from the nail salon despite the patchy music in the room and while I was trying to relax with what I presume was a facemask on, the therapist starting cleaning up around me in the very small room.
Thankfully my face looked okay the following day, but I was worried all evening, especially after the therapist said afterwards 'you're face is really red. Is it always that red?'. Would not recommend!
