A friend and I booked a gel manicure treatment here for this evening. The results are HORRIBLE. She paid £20 for hers, and I paid £42.00 and we are extremely disappointed. I have pictures as proof. We arrived a couple of minutes late to the appointment, however this shouldn't extend the appointment by a whole another half hour. The time management was very poor, with other very angry guests. This led to the ladies rushing everything they did. Especially my friends' nails. They are the worst gel french manicure I have seen. Is there any way to show you a picture of what they look like? I feel as though we have both been ripped off, as it was not worth the money at all.
Very quick, efficient and precise - you get what you pay for! The staff are lovely and I would definitely book in again.
