lovely staff and great nails. They couldn't do the time we had booked for but easily rearranged and even gave us eyebrow threading to make up for it!

For waxing, the most importantly, they double-dip. the stick should never put back into a pot of wax, it should be thrown away each use. Do not recommend.

at the end of the day i did get a manicure done to a standard that I was happy with but this place doesn't really seem to have its act together as a cohesive business. I arrived for my appt at 10:15 and the doors were locked! then when someone did unlock the door I had to wait because the person who was to do my nails hadn't arrived yet. not really an ideal situation on a work day when you're in a bit of a hurry - hence the fast manicure option purchased! Don't mean to grizzle - but I have been to cheaper places that do a better job so i don't really feel like i got value for money
