Pros: Great location, friendly and reliable staff, clean place and perfect nails!
Cons: Bit pricey. Also the customers kept coming and phoning trying to get an appointment (or take my place!) and interrupted my treatment several times.

Disappointing. The eyebrow waxing I booked turned into threading - when I advised them I booked wax they assured me threading was better and I should try it. Clearly they didn't have any wax heated. I tried the threading - shape ok, but when I got home a looked in a decent light (the lighting in the place was not good enough for the staff to see what they were doing!) there were bits missed. Yes, I was able to use the tweezers to finish off, but I shouldn't have had to.
The back/neck/shoulder massage - the lady clearly had no training. She just kept doing the same moves in the same spots for half an hour. It wasn't awful, but not therapeutic.
Shame.
