As I'd been on holiday, I was getting threadings done elsewhere. However, when I went back to Reena after the holiday, I realised she's simply the best. I've got my eyebrows back!

Friendly staff with a quick and professional service. Wax was a little too hot and more painful than a usual Lyon wax.
Great treatment, nails look really neat, wasn't rushed at all. Venue was clean and was nice and peaceful whilst treatment took place.

The drying process was methodical and efficient. I wish I was able to try more nail colors. Staff was not too friendly, and she also sarcastically commented on the state of my nails and dryness of my hand. Didn't go for a manicure to be scrutinized. That aside, the service was decent.

The lady is genuinely a pro when it comes to waxing - and the use of hot wax is great for the bikini area - cause it's much less painful and more effective at properly removing stubborn hair!
