I was disappointed with the technicians attitude, she wasn't very helpful at showing colours so I chose one from a distance, and when I saw it applied I said maybe I wasn't so keen, and she just replied "well if you change it now I have to take your whole nail off". She didn't make conversation even though I tried and was utterly miserable. The shellac seems ok but I would only go back in an emergency!

The manucurist couldn't have looked more bored! Most manicurists chat to you and make you feel at ease. Even though I told her this was my first time getting gel nails she didn't explain the process and I had to painstakingly ask her questions. The whole manicure was completely awkward. She was completely not engaged at all and ruined the experience. If you're looking for a fun friendly face do not come here!
