This was a great deal - especially with the Treatwell discount. The staff member who did my treatment was standing in from another branch and was friendly and very competent. I think she may not have known about various protocols of customer service at this salon as I heard another member of the team ask another client if they could take their coat and offer a drink and a magazine - none of which were offered to me. The treatment was done in a main room where other treatments take place - which is not a problem at all, but is my reason for fewer scores on the ambience as it didn't make for a relaxing atmosphere.
The treatment itself was done very well indeed - my only slight issue was that it took 1hr 25mins rather than the 1hr stated on the site - which was why I had booked it into my lunch break, and this made it a bit stressful. In spite of this I have recommended this venue to friends and colleagues as on the whole it was a decent experience.
