Give the treatment 3 stars - nail polish started to come off 3 days into my holiday - and I hadn't even been in pool or sea.. Staff were really friendly - but this was definitely not worth £40.. No hand soak or massage... Very basic..

Really really decent wax but slightly awkward customer service as there was no effort made to speak to me or make me feel comfortable. Also no talc/alcohol used to prep the skin which is usually pretty standard, but doesn't bother me too much. Clean treatment room as well.
