The technician was very careful with the job and took her time. A week in, and my nails are free of any chips. They have a proper shellac system which you don't always get.

I go here regularly for eyebrow threading as it's close to my work and I can pop in at lunchtime. The results are always great and it's quick - you're in and out in 10 minutes!

Treatment was mani pedi. The actual mani pedi was very thorough and expertly done - both hands and feet look really great - so far no chips (3 active days out and about).
There was a treatment room but this was done downstairs in the salon in an open hairdressing area which wasn't a nice or relaxing space. I wasn't offered a drink or anything else.
Two therapists did the treatments simultaneously but it was quite uncomfortable in the basic hairdressing chair, having to slouch down to get my feet up and having to reach one hand over myself as the hand therapist couldn't move around.
The price was more expensive than other places I tried to book (who were fullly booked) but for the price they were extremely thorough and wanted it to be perfect. They were very sweet and helped me get shoes and jewellery back on too!
The choice of Opi colours wasn't amazing, you won't get the latest trend colours here. You could bring you own if you wanted though.
If you need a good mani pedi and don't care about environment then I'd definitely recommend them. I was only disappointed as I wanted some pampering for that price point!
