I received treatment from a new staff member. Offered to shape my nails (which were long on arrival). Despite asking twice for rounded nails I received short, square nails. My cuticles were cut too short on one thumb and I left with nail varnish on my fingers. One of the worst services I've received from this salon and at the price I really expect better.
