I got to my appointment at 12.15 and hadn't been informed that they were running late, her manager was meant to call me and didn't, i had to wait 50 mins to get my nails done my lunch break is on 60 mins. so i was extremely late. the woman was nice but it was such a bad experience not sure if i would go back. only plus my nails have lasted well
