I regularly use this salon. The facial was good although I would have liked more focus on extraction. The ambience wasn't great for a facial as the music from the hair salon was very loud and therefore drowned the relaxing music. Staff were fantastic as usual.

Overall the wax was great. My therapist didn't try to make small talk which i find a massive positive. Only thing i would fault is her staying in the room whilst i got changed at the end. I think customers should be left alone to change.
