Last time i want was perfect but this time the lady didn't even finish the Hollywood bikini wax. I had to go home and finish it myself which is not what I expected after paying £32! The lady was not very nice and a bit rough. I put this on the staff since last time the lady I had was so nice, gentle and quick!
