Yeah... I'm not going back...
Been at this venue many times for brow threading and it was always amazing. Went once for hollywood waxing and the lady was great: super nice and made me feel really confortable.
Went this time for a Brazilian, and it was a dreadfull experience. The person doing was not that nice, the wax was too hot, and it was all very painfull. It didn't really matter that I complained all the time - she just kept saying that my tolerance to pain was really low. WTF?? No one has ever said that to me before and never did I experienced so much pain! When I got home I realised that I was burnt.
So... not going back, no.

i think for the services i took (express facial) it was overpriced. Was expecting more than what i got. Threading was good and neat. The staff were very friendly and polite. The only reason i would visit again is because of cleanliness
