Within Toni and Guy, the beauty dept is downstairs. This meant having my nails done amongst the other employees on their lunch breaks, dying each others hair which just didn't make for a very relaxing ambience. Overall my nails were fine.

Sam was a great beautician and her deep clean facial was amazing but the noise from the hairdressing salon was really off putting. There were lots of people talking outside the room and so it wasn't very relaxing. A shame really.
