It was generally satisfactory.
Overall the results were pleasing although the experience could have been made more enjoyable.
It would have been helpful if the therapist had explained to me the procedures .The steam was initially too close and hot and I was not told how long it would last. I was left alone with face mask for about 15-20mins with the same tune playing (Tchaikovsky - dying swan) which nearly did my head in.
