Even though there were no other customers in the salon, I feel that my eyebrow threading was very rushed and not thorough. This is a shame as I used to think that the service was very good but I feel that the service has decreased in quality.

The music outside the room was so loud and staff were chatting and laughing loudly that I could hardly hear gentle music in the therapist room - hardly a relaxing experience. The therapist was pleasant and respectful however I continuously had product in my mouth and eyes which again isn’t a nice experience. After the treatment my skin still feels very dry and unpleasant as if I had simply washed it with some soap. Having been to a few different places previously I rate this as poor experience overall.
