I'm a return customer because I was so impressed by the quality of my manicure the first time. Sam gave me advice on how to save my nails as they've become so thin, good choice of colours, great location and nice and quick! The only negative as other people have said is the Toni & Guy staff who use the area around Sam's nail desk as their staff lounge, sitting on their phones playing videos etc. This is fine if you set expectations right, but means the ambience is a bit lacking compared to other salons in the area. I'll definitely be going back again!

Absolutely awful. Have never experienced such bad customer service. The treatment was the worst Hollywood wax I’ve ever received. The beautician, if I can even call her that, was rushing everything and wasn’t waiting until the wax was ready but instead just tugging and tugging to rip it off. I have been coming here regularly for half a year but I would never return after this.
Made a complaint to the salon manager and they couldn’t care less.
