Absolutely awful experience. Was taken downstairs to a dingy store room- the only nail table was being used so my manicurist started mine with us standing up! No apology about the fact they couldn’t see me at the time I’d actually booked for. If I hadn’t already paid on Treatwell I would have walked out. Horrendous.

I had an appointment in my lunch break to have my nails soaked off. When I arrived I explained that they were SNS, which they hadn’t done before, but I normally have them soaked off in the same way as gels. They said it may take a little longer but should only be around 20/25 minutes.
My problem wasn’t so much with the removal itself, but the technician kept leaving me to thread customers’ eyebrows (once when my nails were soaking off - fine, and once in the middle of removing them). I ended up removing the SNS from my last 2 nails myself, paying and leaving without having the rest of the treatment completed as I’d been sat there for around 40 minutes and they hadn’t even finished removing the colour.
It may have just been a one off as other reviews seem good, but I was quite dissapointed and doubt I’ll come back.
