My therapist was superb, and did a beautiful job on my nails and manicure. Have had several compliments from friends and colleagues. We started and finished on time which was appreciated for a lunchtime appointment. The area downstairs for nails is however next to a staff room of some sort where several staff were being very noisy and somewhat disturbing the otherwise peaceful experience
