The staff were really really nice - super accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately the wax job itself was not great - on the plus side the process wasn't too painful, on the downside the results weren't great - there were hairs leftover and I developed a rash a few days later. I've had lots of waxes before, so I don't think it's a case of my skin being unsuitable.
