Hi there. I had a leg and hollywood wax at your premises. After the wax I saw an area on my leg where my hair follicles were redder and larger than usual. Over the following days the area became inflamed, the hair follicles turned a dark purple colour and I began to experience pain. The hair follicles were clearly infected. I tried antibacterial cream which did not work and then had a telephone consultation with a doctor who prescribed me antibiotics and a steroid based cream with minimal results. After realising it was not having an effect I booked an appointment and the doctor has referred me to a dermatologist which I will be seeing on Tuesday. It has honestly been such an ordeal which I believe resulted from poor conditions of the room and wax been left on for too long. I ask that you please record this in your incident report. Thank you.
