Even though I have previously had my brows tinted as this salon when I arrived at my appointment they said I needed a patch test and that this test had to be done before every appointment. If this is indeed true then the salon should email anyone who has booked brow tinting in advance and ask them to come in for a patch test the day before. I was pretty disappointed not to be able to have the service I had booked done.
