I walked in and was told to go downstairs for my appointment, but it was not clear where to wait / find someone to let them know I was there for my appointment. I found someone and she told me she would be with me soon. The chair my eyebrows were threaded on moved around the whole time, which was not very reassuring. The bare minimum was done to my eyebrows, they weren't even trimmed. Once the lady was finished, she asked me to look and check they were okay - then ran off and started serving another customer, not giving me the chance to say whether they were to my satisfaction or not. I eventually got her attention again to ask if she was done - as usually you are offered cooling gel or even a tissue to wipe away loose hairs, but none of this was offered. I had already paid in advance, but I could easily have just left without paying, as the staff member who threaded my eyebrows immediately left me without even saying goodbye and was extremely hard to track down again.
