I’m actually mortified just came home to have a better look at my eyebrows and one eyebrow is shorter than the other, I also have major thinning / looks like bald patches where therapist has taken way too much off. I’ve been here before and never experience this but I am absolutely horrified with this

The manicure chair is downstairs in a dark room, not very pleasant. Staff is good, though it’s a no frills fictional manicure, not a spa procedure.
