I had an eyebrow threading done and am very happy with the results, however the threading was more painful than many other therapists I’ve used before, as her strokes were not very quick. My therapist behaved very professionally, however there were also many other staff members standing around in the treatment area just doing nothing and chatting very loudly, which gave the overall experience a very unprofessional atmosphere – not what I expected from a high end Covent Garden salon.
