The treatment itself was fine and I am happy with the result. The technician who did my nails was polite and friendly but the nail studio is downstairs in a dingy basement where the staff were all sat around playing on their phones. During the maicure, the other staff we sat around on their phones, chatting and joking around very loudly, planning a night out and generally being very unprofessional. It was very off-putting and not a nice environment.
