Situated downstairs, had to wait (not a problem) but then felt rushed to get in and get on with the treatment and even more so to get out, couldn’t put my clothes back on in privacy. The treatment itself was a mixture of strip and hot wax (wouldn’t have booked if I knew). For the strip wax used a roll on applicator instead of disposable sticks (seems very unhygienic), was painful and I am now left with a rash (never had this before, hopefully it goes away). The lady was nice, but I came in expecting a decent hot wax without being rushed, didn’t get that. Unfortunately will try to find somewhere else, won’t be coming back. Great if you’re looking for a quick treatment, but that’s about it.
