Really hit and miss. I’ve been to this salon four times: twice with one lady and twice with another. Unfortunately the second lady didn’t introduce herself so I can’t say what she’s called. The first two visits with the first therapist were excellent, the second two were awful. I asked if she could use a slightly different technique and she was clearly unhappy. Very painful. Each time you go in you sign a document with a space for notes. At my second visit I saw it was blank and asked for the different technique again. The lady was unhappy and actually criticised me saying I ought to let her know at the start. I did which is how we ended up having that conversation. Bizarre. I won’t go back since there is no way of guaranteeing an appointment with the nice lady and not the rude one.
