Not the best - members of staff sitting around directly outside the treatment room which encroached on privacy. Brazilian was not great - lots of missed hair and strip wax was used at points despite being advertised as hot wax. Nice lady, but I wouldn’t go back

I've been going to Sam for several treatments regularly for a while now and she's fantastic - very quick, does an excellent job and the location and room itself is convenient, clean and comfortable. I really recommend.
