First time at the new venue. Not quite as welcoming as Toni and Guy basement, but thankfully Sam was her usual lovely self. She is so calm and happy as well as being an excellent beautician.

Sam has been absolutely great. She is such a lovely lady and she did an amazing job. We all know that Hollywood wax can be very painful sometimes, but she has been very delicate and gentle that I didn’t feel it that much! Thank you Sam, I will definitely go back to your salon in Covent Garden for the wax.
