Used a manual scraper for gel nail removal which was a painful experience and totally damaged/cracked/dried my nail bed. Extremely poor gel removal technique compared to other salons. And there was still gel left behind after all that!
Massage room is in a dinghy back office with a peculiar smell. You’ll be surrounded by boxes of old paperwork, disused equipment and no ambiance or lighting to actually enjoy the treatment. It was awkward and not at all like a salon experience should be.
