Therapist launched straight in after I was settled, no communication about what she was doing. She was rushed, heavy-handed and clumsy (I had bits of exfoliant in my mouth and eyes (despite both being closed!). The only relaxing part of the experience was after she applied the face mask and left the room. My hour-long facial was cut short by ten minutes (as if I wouldn’t notice). A complete waste of time and money. Very disappointing.
