I understand the appeal of a quick wax, but it was very rushed and there were lots of missed patches. Someone also walked into the treatment room before I said I was ready not once, but twice (without knocking I might add). They didn’t apologise and didn’t even leave the room the second time around and watched me undress…

I had the pleasure of having my Hollywood wax done by the lovely Aarti. She provided an exceptional service; she was attentive, patient and listened to all my requests. We had a very pleasant chat during the service which made me feel at ease. She also gave me the choice to do some areas with strips rather than hot wax alone, which produced much better results. I would definitely recommend Aarti and I will be back to see her again.
