Booked a back and shoulders waxing appointment. It's the first time that not all back hair were waxed for me, leaving some at the edge of my back (but behind my centre line) untouched. Terribly unprofessional, not getting there again. The practitioner also rushed too much, not giving me time to undress, even though the appointment was booked for 50min (the work is actually doable in about 15, max).
