I had gel nail removal on my toes and the therapist removed the first layer with a rough nail file but also filed a lot of my skin which hurt and has left red marks.
I did say and she seemed surprised she was hurting me despite filing my skin.
She seemed very nice but I will not be going back.

It was my first time visiting. The pedicure overall was very good and the technician was friendly and lovely. The only problem was the UV dryer was not working and so I had to wait a while for my nails to air dry. I’m concerned about how long they will last as a result. Otherwise, it was great - the broken machine is the only factor that would make me think twice about returning.
