Lovely therapist, happy with my nails and massage was good. A couple things - the room the massage was in was very bright so maybe look at how to set the mood more with dimmer lighting, also as there is no receptionist, I was disturbed 3 times due to the doorbell going and therapist going to open the door. That’s ok with a manicure or pedicure but need a better solution for massages. Maybe leave a note on the door to return at x time. I would return if I’m in London again.
