Truly bad experience. Wax was very painful and waxer was very unprofessional. She spent the session lecturing me on why it’s my fault that I have ingrown hairs and when I said I was considering laser hair removal, she said this wasn’t possible as it was obvious that I have hormonal issues (this is not the case but even if it was, this would not be the way to speak to a someone)
