After booking and paying for the appointment, I received a message that they don't do appointments at half hours and I agreed to come at 8 am instead. You'll also receive a lot of emails from them about cancellation policies, and even if you're ten minute late there is a 99 pound penalty. Another email states under which conditions you can't do the teeth whitening, which would be good information before paying, especially considering the fees for rescheduling. Then another email requires you to fill something out, which I overlooked. At the appointment the dentist I hot scolded for not being there before my appointment as well as not having filled out the form. Again it was pointed out to me that they don't do 8:30 appointments, even though it is listed here on treatwell. I almost regretted booking this treatment here, but the treatment itself was done professionally and the dentist was nice in the end. But I have would caution people to call ahead and make sure they can get the treatment and info themselves about all the penalty fees.
