I had a wet cut which includes a rough blow dry. Very straight to point hair cutting experience. Really friendly staff but I had to wait 40 mins for my cut even though I booked an appointment. There's only one person cutting hair so if the previous person is taking longer you will have to wait. The cut itself was fine but I noticed no protective products were used ie. Serums or heat protection which is standard practice in most salons.

Got my hair restyled with Nadia's help. She is very professional as she was giving me tips on what haircut would suit my face, and she was completely right. I love my new haircut! She also helped me curl my hair at the end with was definitely a nice top off.
I also met Ash who is very lovely and learnt that the salon has been in Eltham for over 10 years.
Although it's not a store that can be seen straight like those on the High Street - This salon is very cosy and the price is reasonable.
