Great service! I booked a restyle so had a hair consultation with the stylist. She gave a lot of helpful advice about what style I should go for and we discussed how short I should go - I've had other hairdressers cut too much off before but she seemed to understand how to work with my wavy hair and cut it slightly longer than I wanted, saying it would 'bounce up' when dry - and now it's the perfect length! Can recommend.

I wanted burgundy highlights and they gave me a pink hair, and when I said to them that this is not the same as the sample colour I had chosen they said “it is not far from it”.They didn’t even have the decency to apologise, clearly they don’t know anything about their colours or maybe they used an old batch

it was clean, she managed to fit me in on the day of, ash was nice and made me feel comfortable, so was her co worker

I had a wet cut which includes a rough blow dry. Very straight to point hair cutting experience. Really friendly staff but I had to wait 40 mins for my cut even though I booked an appointment. There's only one person cutting hair so if the previous person is taking longer you will have to wait. The cut itself was fine but I noticed no protective products were used ie. Serums or heat protection which is standard practice in most salons.
