The hotel parking was difficult to find at first, but once we had located it the spa itself was lovely. We each had a back shoulders and neck massage which was great, and then relaxed in the spa before lunch. Pool and steam room very nice, as well as relaxation area - plenty of magazines and a nice range of teas. Would definitely return.

Booked the overnight spa package and enjoyed relaxing in the spa on arrival before a good dinner for two. It was a shame The Fig was closed on a Monday evening but the dinner credit was sufficient for three courses in the Bistro. Rooms were comfortable although it would have been good to have more control over the heating as it was very warm. Breakfast was tasty with lots of classics on the menu and options on the buffet. Overall very good value for money including the facial plus champagne on arrival and helpful staff kept us feeling well taken care of and smiling throughout.

I booked a last minute one night stay which included a bottle of champagne, 3 course meal, breakfast and 30 minute treatment. I was very pleased with my stay and it preceded my expectations. The staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel and spa were beautiful. The fact you get slippers and bath robe in both your bedroom and spa was really nice. The 3 course meal at the bistro was fabulous. The breakfast could have been better, a little small. The Treatment I went for was a back and shoulder message and it was very good. Overall so pleased with my experience and would book again.
