Appointment time not kept - I arrived on time at 11 but therapist did not arrive until 12.45 - by the time I had my treatreatment it was 13.00. At no time did I get a call from the therapist to say she was running late even though she had my phone number.
The therapy room was cold and cluttered with old files and discarded things - not a therapy room at all.
The treatment was ok but was more of a foot massage and not reflexology. I liked the therapist but she needs to get her act together.
