Terri was really amazing. I've had a bad experience with previous treatment and she was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. She took time to thoroughly explain the process to me, didn't push anything I didn't want and really reassured me. All going well with the current treatment I will definitely be back. Terri honestly needs recognition for how great she is. Facilities were also reassuringly spotless and front desk staff were lovely. The whole experience was positive.

I came to the clinic for a Biotin injection to try to prevent hair loss. Michelle was lovely who did the shot and gave me great advice. I will be returning for more. :) clinic was also spotless and decorated lovely.
