Chelsea is our Clinic Manager and a central part of the Cosmetology Liverpool team, overseeing day-to-day operations, client enquiries, bookings and our online presence with professionalism and care. She plays a key role in ensuring every client experience is smooth, informed and consistently high-quality. With over 15 years of industry experience, Chelsea is highly trained in laser treatments, providing laser hair removal and specialist facial treatments with confidence and attention to detail. In 2024, she qualified as a phlebotomist and is responsible for delivering our blood testing services, working to strict clinical protocols. Chelsea also provides IV nutritional therapy, supporting clients’ health and wellbeing as part of our wider medical-led services. Her combination of leadership, clinical skill and client care makes her an invaluable member of the Cosmetology Liverpool team.

We are delighted to have Dr Fiona McRae MB ChB FRCA as part of the Cosmetology Liverpool team. With a distinguished medical career spanning general practice and surgery, Dr Fiona now focuses her work on hormonal health, wellbeing and preventative medicine. She offers private consultations for hormone imbalance, medically guided weight loss and medical aesthetics, delivering thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual. Dr Fiona is a member of the British Menopause Society and the Institute of Functional Medicine. She holds a Level 7 Diploma in Diet and Nutrition, a Higher Education Teaching Certificate from Harvard University, and has undertaken training in Option Process counselling, bringing a truly holistic and compassionate perspective to her medical practice
