LATE FEE - We offer a late grace period of 10 Minutes. If exceeding 10 Minutes you will be charged a £15 late charge fee

LASH APPOINTMENTS - MAKE SURE TO COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT ANY MAKEUP/ STRIP LASH GLUE AROUND YOUR EYES AS THIS CAN AFFECT THE RETENTION OF YOUR LASHES WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL
WE NOT OFFER REFUNDS, IF ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR LASHES OCCUR, PLEASE LET US KNOW WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR LASH APPOINTMENT, AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO CORRECT THE ISSUE WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME. AFTER THE 48 HOURS ANY ISSUES THAT OCCUR WITH BE DOWN TO AFTERCARE. THANK YOU!
