Very quick service, got offered a hot drink as soon as I came in and had a relatively relaxing treatment- as relaxing as a chemical peel can get!! Will definitely be taking my friends here before a wedding, 5* treatment in a family atmosphere!
First of all I arrived and was left waiting in the reception of a dentists office :-/ constantly ringing the phone number given, no one in sight, it took to me shouting hello and another waiting patient to tell me the person was downstairs.
I had to wait until the therapist saw another patient out, I was given a form to fill out and she then went away again. In the end I was waiting 45 minutes before I was seen. I was then constantly left during my appointment. I think she was seeing another patient at the same time. And she didn't fully remove my make up when steaming my face, I had to remove the rest. The website states the treatment was 30 minutes however, it was longer and when I was left with a cooling mask on after she didn't tell me how long it would be left on for, turns out to be 20-30 minutes left alone. Because of the massive delay I had to leave before the treatment was finished. Overall the actual microdermabrasion was good and has left my skin looking pretty good and smooth after a few days (I broke out initially but it went away pretty quickly).
I would get another microdermabrasion but not here. it was not a relaxing spa experience.

I have left it a week after my PRP treatment to write this so l could give an honest review of my experience. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and then met Janna the clinical nurse and Dr Didar the clinical director who explained the procedure to me In-depth. The treatment room was clean to a clinical standard..Janna did most of the preparation with me taking my blood and working in a very methodical way. My treatment involves injecting my face but a generous amount of cream was applied so that my discomfort was minimal l was pleased to discover. On leaving my face was alittle red and puffy But the readiness subsided after an hour or so. Within 48hrs the puffiness was gone and no one would know l had anything done. The results are on-going and l will have the recommended follow up treatments to ensure this. I was very happy with Cosmetic Facial UK.for me this was a Good find.
Right ... this will be long, but necessary. I bought a beauty voucher for this and was really, really nervous about spending what I thought may be 'less' for this treatment as is the general norm in other clinics. I'd had this treatment before about 5 years ago (at another clinic) which cost me a fortune at the time. Back then, even though only a tiny amount was injected into my lip, it blew up badly and for literally 5 days after I looked like I'd been punched in the mouth! I was really worried about an allergic reaction but as it happened, I wasn't allergic, just sensitive. The effect many days, weeks and months later was great and I loved it once it had settled. So, that brings me to Cosmetic Facial UK and Janna with my voucher, the clinic is a little tricky to locate but once there, all was fine. I met Janna and was put at ease, she totally understood my concerns and was very gentle and attentive. She applies a local anaesthetic which numbs the lip then does the injections. I did wince as I think the effect was starting to wear off by the end, but Janna was very kind. It was swollen at the time but I'm happy to report that the next day it looks amazing already!!! Delighted with the result. Am very much hoping it lasts as long as is promised, I'm so happy, I'm considering buying another voucher for the bottom lip now. Thank you Janna, you were great and so reassuring which I really needed at the time. I'll look forward to looking my best for this big event Saturday night!! (If you are concerned about swelling like I was, I recommend making one of the last appointments so you leave when dark and take a scarf which you can wrap over your mouth to look as if you're keeping yourself warm from the cold! ;-)
I had Mesotherapy and Lip Enhancement. Both treatments deserve 5*. Janna, was really tentative and careful with lips and I can see she really cares for the best possible result. She took her time and was consulting me with every step.
I will be back for more volume. ;-)
I recommend this saloon and its services, but make sure you have Janna.
