The team is very nice and friendly. I did not quite like the colonic hydrotherapy, because of the facility. The room is quite small, doesn't smell very good and the equipment seems a bit dusty (i.e old). I am used to going to places where it is 150% clean and the equipment is brand new. Because of all this, I wasn't feeling that I was in good hands for the treatments, although the naturopath was lovely.

This was honestly the best appointment I have booked in years. My therapist was amazing. She put me at ease straight away and talked me through the whole appointment, let’s face it, it’s not a spoiling treatment. The advice she gave was so much better than a Private Doctor I had visited in the days prior to this appointment. She has helped me set out a daily routine of how to keep my gut healthy and happy. If you are a person that from time to time has troubles with their digestion then I couldn’t recommend this place more. The energy I felt after my appointment was incredible.
