I booked through treatwell this salon and they called me 1 hours before the appointment and changed my appointment time. They explained to me that unfortunately they are overbooked and Maria has two appointments that day at that hour and mine is not important.

I booked in for a 1hr luxury pedicure but when I arrived at my appointment time, I could hear the receptionist call the therapist who had obviously not checked the calendar and seen my booking. My therapist arrived an hour late. (Thankfully I had time as it was my day off.)The therapist, although incredibly sweet, was working with limited tools. My pedicure took place on a clinic bed, where I had perch on the side and dip my toes in to an old portable footbath (the type you buy for £10 at Argos). I then had to lie on my back (weird) while having my pedicure. It lasted 35 mins - just over half what it was supposed to and was more like a quick dip, file and polish - definitely not classed as luxury. The location is fab and the therapist was nice. Just do not go here for a luxury pedicure - £30 wasted! I emailed them the day after to explain what happened - the response took over 48 hours and I was offered a £10 refund but they weren't sure how they would do it as I booked through Treatwell and to call the clinic to see what they could do about it.... So much hassle.
