My appointment was great. Anara made my wax far less painful than other therapists which was a massive bonus and took great care in her work. The salon is super clean and a really nice calm and relaxing environment. Highly recommended!

My booking was cancelled at 6pm the night before due to a double booking. This is the third time my booking here has been cancelled so I won't be returning. Such a shame as the therapist was really good, but it's very frustrating to continuously have bookings cancelled. Every rescheduled appointment I was offered was during the day when I work so never convenient.
